1 Account Terms
- Business Verification: Users must be registered businesses with valid documentation
- One Business = One Account: Multiple users allowed under same business
- Account Suspension: For fraudulent activity or policy violations
- Security Responsibility: Users responsible for maintaining account security
2 Transaction Terms
- Currency: All prices in USD unless otherwise specified
- Payment Terms: Negotiable between parties
- Platform Role: Baoboza acts as intermediary, not party to contracts
- Platform Fee: 3% of transaction value (capped at $5,000)
Baoboza facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to the final trade contract.
3 Product Listings
- Accurate Descriptions: Accurate product descriptions and specifications required
- Prohibited Items: Weapons, illegal substances, counterfeit goods are strictly prohibited
- Compliance: Must comply with import/export regulations of both countries
- Intellectual Property: Respect intellectual property rights
4 Liability Limitations
Baoboza is not liable for:
- Product quality issues
- Shipping delays or damages
- Customs clearance problems
- Payment disputes between parties
Maximum liability is limited to platform fees paid.
5 Governing Law
- Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by laws of Hong Kong
- Arbitration: In Hong Kong
- Language: English for all legal communications
